Jones Center is a licensed nursing facility for individuals who require 24-hour professional nursing care. Each neighborhood of the center is designed to make the best of every day, whatever the level of need. Residents receive a variety of services, provided by a unique team approach of skillful, compassionate caregivers, under the direction of a primary nurse (RN). Our care is delivered around the clock by licensed professionals.
We specialize in restorative care therapy for health issues common among older adults. Residents and family are encouraged to participate in the planning of care.The health center has private and semi-private rooms. Each resident is provided with a bed, wardrobe and dresser. Residents may furnish and decorate their rooms with personal touches and belongings for their comfort and enjoyment. All beds are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
We focus on all parts of life at Aldersgate Village Life Plan Community. Living and dining in the health center is pleasant and open to accommodate differing individual needs. Three meals a day are served in our large sunny dining rooms. An activity and multipurpose room with library and chapel area adjoin the dining room. A variety of planned activities are part of the daily routine.
