We run an online directory. Businesses list themselves, and visitors find them by category
and city. We don't own, run or vouch for the businesses listed, so please do your own
checks before you hire or buy from anyone you find here.
2 Your Account
Creating an account costs nothing. Give us correct details, keep your password to yourself,
and let us know if you think someone else has got into your account. What happens under
your login is your responsibility.
3 Listing Your Business
Listing a business is a paid service. When you submit one, you're telling
us that the details are true and up to date, that you have the right to share them, and
that nothing in them is illegal, misleading or offensive.
Your content stays yours. You simply allow us to show and promote it on our website. If a
listing breaks these terms or misleads our visitors, we may edit, pause or remove it, with
or without notice.
4 Payments & Refunds
You pay through PayPal, and the fee is shown before you confirm. We never
see or store your card or bank details.
Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once your listing is published.
5 Reviews
Anyone can leave a review, even without an account. Please keep them honest and based on a
real experience. No fake, abusive or spam reviews, and no reviewing your own business or a
competitor's. You're responsible for what you write, and we can remove any review at our
discretion.
6 Please Don't
Here's what we ask you not to do on Submit Local Business:
- Post false or misleading information.
- Copy, scrape or resell our directory data without asking us first.
- Try to hack, overload or disrupt the site.
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
7 Our Content
The design, logo, text and software of this website belong to Submit Local
Business. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.
8 Other Websites
Some listings link to outside websites. We don't control them, so we can't be responsible
for what's on them.
9 No Guarantees
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be
available or free of errors, or that every listing is accurate. You use the site and deal
with listed businesses at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using
the site, from a listing or review, or from dealings between you and a listed business.
10 Leaving, Or Being Asked to Leave
You can stop using the site or ask us to close your account whenever you like. If someone
breaks these terms, we may suspend or end their access.
11 Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of India. If a dispute can't be settled between
us, it will go to the courts at Nagercoil / Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu.
12 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top will change,
and carrying on using the site means you accept the new version.
