Ten Year Limited Warranty KUEHN Bevel warranties its products to be reasonably free from defects in material and workmanship and when properly handled and installed in compliance with our recommended Installation Procedures, or technical bulletins, KUEHN Bevel products will conform within accepted tolerances to applicable manufacturing specifications.
Buyer’s exclusive remedy for any loss or claim resulting from the use of inability to use these products shall be the replacement of the defective product, or, at the sole discretion of KUEHN Bevel, Inc., return of the product and refund of the original purchase price. In no event shall KUEHN Bevel, Inc., be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. It is the responsibility of the user to verify and test the suitability of these products for their specific application.
