EWS is continually improving services to customers and updating its specialist skills and expertise to provide added value in a competitive market. In response to clients requesting full building services contracts and ad hoc customised solutions, EWS has developed an additional service to address these needs.Through their M&E Services Department, the company offers the facility to undertake a comprehensive range of refurbishment projects, replacements, repairing and installing new systems.
Typically projects handled can include air conditioning (comfort & close control), public health, electrical, fire detection, ventilation, water treatment and controls including BMS systems. M&E Services can also handle the replacement of CFCs in refrigeration equipment without loss of performance, repairing condensers to full refurbishments and/or new installations. They have already undertaken a number of projects for the telecomms, health care and leisure industries and can provide the same levels high standards of service as EWS.
Facilities managers faced with a choice of renewing existing air handling and ventilation plant, or refurbishing it on-site, can often be influenced by access to plant location, or changing conditions in the building.Energy efficiency and environmentally responsible options, together with future planned maintenance programmes, will also have to be taken into account, prior to making a final decision.
