Service and Repair: our service department is manned 24 hours a day with priority given to contract customers. We have a team of engineers ready to deal with air conditioning/refrigeration breakdowns.
Maintenance Contracts: we recommend planning and preventative measures in providing product efficiency, optimum performance and extending product life span. It is also a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions that equipment is serviced regularly. Therefore we offer a comprehensive contract whereby regular maintenance visits are pre-scheduled to minimise the likelihood of breakdowns. The benefits of having a contract also include reduced call out charges and labour rates and most importantly a guaranteed call out response time of 24 hours, 365 days per year.
