Orders are dispatched within 5-8 working days of an order being placed. Delivery is normally 2 working days after dispatch.We try where possible to have orders dispatched as soon as we can but it can take longer for dispatch during busier periods such a Christmas or sale periods. If you require your order quicker than this then please upgrade to Express or Next Day Delivery when placing your order (UK orders only).
We also offer FREE UK standard delivery on orders of £40 or more (after any discounts). The free delivery option will appear at the checkout on eligible orders and must be selected when ordering for it to apply.Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday or before 12pm on Friday are guaranteed to arrive the following Monday as delivery on a Saturday is not available with this service.
We are unable to arrange for any Special Deliveries to be made on a Saturday. All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday and are guaranteed for delivery the following Tuesday. Bank and public holidays are not included in this service.
Our personalised gifts, invitations and cards are non-returnable.Please ensure all personalised details are correct when placing your order as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced. Frame My Name take no responsibility for any spelling or punctuation mistakes made by the customer.
If you have made a mistake with your order and it has already been printed/dispatched then there will be a miniumum charge of £10 for sending a replacement (price depends on product ordered).
If however we have made a mistake with any of the personalisation on your order please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement at no extra cost to youself.If you have ordered a framed name print and the frame is damaged on receipt then a replacement frame will be sent - the order will not be refunded. If your order has arrived damaged contact us by email quoting your order reference number and we will send out a replacement order. We may need you to supply us with photographs of the damaged items by email.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery of your order then a card will be left for you by Royal Mail or our courier depending on the method of posting.You will need to collect your order or call and rearrange your delivery. Please collect your item or call to rearrange delivery within 5 days as items will only be held for a short time. Any orders which have not been picked up from the sorting office/courier depot will incur an additional postage charge if we need to resend your order.
