Founded in 1979, Kooltech is one of the UK's largest independently owned distributors of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning products.Operating from eight offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Gateshead, Manchester, Birmingham, Heathrow, Crayford and Fareham, Kooltech works closely with Consultants, Contractors and Manufacturers. Providing design expertise, core product stock holding, delivery where and when required, backed up by full technical support and onsite technical services.

Kooltech has grown through innovation from its origins as a manufacturer at its Glasgow site. This facility remains to this date and allows Kooltech to provide a range of standard refrigeration products and the flexibility to offer bespoke design solutions for both refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

Moving into Refrigeration Product distribution enabled the company's growth nationally which was further facilitated through the introduction of Air Conditioning product ranges in the early 1990's. In 1994 Kooltech began distribution of Mitsubishi Electric’s full range of Air Conditioning products. Today this product range has become a market leader and Kooltech is proud to be their largest UK wholesale outlet, supplying equipment for some of the largest air conditioning installations in the UK and indeed in Europe.

Trusted by the industry to provide technical and cost effective solutions from initial selection and quotation through to after sales support from our technical applications and engineering team. Kooltech has also developed a range of bespoke products offering consultants, contractors and end users project winning advantages and benefits.

Additionally Kooltech provides full air conditioning and refrigeration installation solutions supplying a range of ancillary products including copper tube, refrigerant gas, condensate pumps, cable tray, electric cable, unit supports and brackets, security cages, controls and tooling from some of the best known manufacturers in the industry.
