Additional Information
Warm greetings during this Chinese New Year, the Year of the Fire Monkey – we wish you all prosperity and good health! If you are looking for a place to celebrate there will be numerous activities in the heart of the city all week. This list from Chinatown Adelaide has some great ideas about how you can get out and make the most of these festivities.
In addition to the vibrant Chinese New Year celebrations, Adelaide is the place to be in February. If you live in Adelaide, you’ve no doubt heard of “Mad March”. March is a huge month of frivolity and fun in our city, with festivals, sporting events, music, art and other entertainment colliding in the calendar.
However, “Frenetic February”, is giving Mad March a run for its money when it comes to the number of cool events and activities happening around Adelaide. For wine lovers, the National Wine Centre will be holding masterclasses during its regular Uncorked series. A perfect way to end the week with a Friday knock-off, but with a bit of wine education thrown in!
