With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive a follow up email containing the shipping details.Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on help@dermalogicaindia.com within 24 hours of delivery. In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under following conditions:
All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by Dermalogica India. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company), without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the Customer and same will be arranged by Dermalogica India. All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after which will be accepted & processed.Once the goods are accepted for return the same shall be replaced within 15 working days except for the clause (b).
