Additional Information

The renter will be charged for the full reservation cost regardless of when they return the car, so please plan your trip accordingly.However, if the renter wishes to return the car early, please confirm with the owner that this is acceptable. If they agree, after the renter has returned the vehicle, both the renter and the owner should e-mail support@rentmyride.co.za to report the return so that we may effectively end the reservation and the renter's responsibility for the vehicle.

If the vehicle becomes inoperable during the rental period and cannot be fixed within 1 day or a reasonable time frame agreed upon by the owner and renter, the renter will be refunded for the remainder of the rental period and in the process end their reservation and responsibility for the vehicle.
