We can provide landlord certificates and are happy to work with property consultants on all residential and commercial lettings.
Also able to work on all commercial space heaters and boiler room systems including steam. With industrial gas line purging experience.
We are experienced in the specification and installation of solar panels and heat pump systems.
We can service all types of Aga and also can perform conversions to run on gas or oil.

Common boiler faults
These are common faults that indicate a boiler needs servicing:
· Flames appear irregular or yellow
· Smell of fumes or gas - (turn off gas at the gas meter) speak to National Grid then call us.
· Stains or smoke marks around the appliance.
· Overheating - temperature gauge goes above 80 degrees centigrade.
· Pressure drops rapidly - boiler needs refilling more than once a month.
· Fan whines loudly or screeches.
· Pilot goes out repeatedly.
· Poor hot water.
· Radiators don't all heat up at the same time - possibly a boiler fault, or it is equally possible that the system is unbalanced.
