Piotr Olejniczak, MD is a Professor of Neurology with tenure at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is board certified in neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and sleep medicine. He is currently the Director of the Epilepsy Center of Excellence at the LSUHSC in New Orleans and the Director of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at West Jefferson Medical Center.
Dr. Olejniczak also serves as Director of an ACGME accredited Clinical Neurophysiology Residency (fellowship) program at LSUHSC. Dr. Olejniczak is a member of several organizations, including the AMA, American Academy of Neurology, and American Academy of Sleep Medicine.supat Supat Thammasitboon, MD Dr Thammasitboon is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. He is a member of the American Thoracic Society, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and is a Director at Large for Louisiana Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Thammasitboon earned his medical degree at Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Tulane University Health Sciences Center and continued his subspecialty training in Sleep Medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Thammasitboon is currently the Medical Director of Tulane Comprehensive Sleep Center and Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program. James (Jim) Lapeyre Connolly, MD
Dr. Connolly, a native of Louisiana, was born and raised in uptown New Orleans. He graduated from Metairie Park Country Day High School before attending Millsaps College, in Jackson Mississippi; where he played football for Millsaps and boxed for the city team.
After graduating the pre-medicine program, he spent a year of research at LSU Medical Center (Lyons Clinic) helping in cornea transplantation and nerve regeneration research.
He then received his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans before completing a general surgery internship and Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi where he worked with Dr. Guillot. After graduation Dr. Connolly joined a large multi-specialty group in Destin Florida where he practiced for 8 years. In 2011 he was board certified in Sleep Medicine after completing a clinical apprenticeship. Dr. Connolly looks forward being back in Louisiana and being able to provide quality medicine to the “North Shore.”Dr. Connolly is a diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology (boarded in both Otolaryngology & Sleep Medicine), and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and American Academy of Otolaryngology Allergy. He has presented at both national and local meetings. He has published work in several journals.Dr. Connolly’s area of clinical interest includes sleep medicine, otolaryngic allergy, laryngology, otology, rhinology, & pediatric ENT.

Sleep Rite PSG underwent additional on-site surveys in January 2010 and again in March 2013. It has maintained its accreditation since September 2007.
