If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for customization and we have all the necessary information and approval from you we will be creation and proceed with shipment (usually within 3 to 5 business days) and we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will not start any order until we have your artwork and you have approved a virtual sample by phone or email.
