Additional Information
Yoga with Ms. Laura is held in our studio every Friday and teaches the children various kid friendly yoga poses like “Down Diggity Dog”. It combines postures, breath work, visualizations and builds their strength, flexibility, focus and a connection between their mind and bodies.
