Criminal Justice careers require honest, responsible citizens who are interested in increasing safety and security. These individuals help keep our streets safe, maintain safety in public spaces and even help former criminals make better choices in life. As a Criminal Justice student, you’ll learn not only how to handle criminal investigations and confessional interviews, but will also learn about criminal behavior and psychology in a practical setting.
The Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) program is designed to develop a strong foundation in the practical application of electronics engineering knowledge, preparing the graduate for entry into a rewarding career in a variety of electronic technology fields. The sequence of the electronics courses provides a strong core of fundamental electronics leading into areas of computers, industrial electronics, and telecommunications.
Theory courses are enhanced with “hands-on” lab work using industry-standard test equipment and practices to connect the theory to practical applications. General education courses round out the program by enhancing critical thinking, verbal and written communications skills, and knowledge of teamwork fundamentals and human relations.
Paralegals are integral to any law practice. Paralegals – also known as Legal Assistants – work closely with lawyers, prosecutors and public defenders and serve as valued members of a legal team. Pioneer Pacific College’s Paralegal Associate of Applied Science degree at the Wilsonville location is one of only two schools in the state of Oregon that offers a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association.
