He lead teams which were responsible for planning, recruiting, implementation and supervision of small group ministry church-wide, and at the Fig Garden campus. He is also the Founder of the Christian Legal Society in Fresno, creating a local chapter of the national organization of Christian attorneys to foster camaraderie and fellowship between local Christian attorneys.
