We provide highly trained security officers that are fully licensed in accordance with industry standards. Each officer is specially selected with the specific skills and training to suit the needs and requirements of each site and client.Each officer is professionally attired and trained in public relations and poses comprehensive communication skills. All officers are also fully accredited First Aid Attendants. In addition to the government accredited security courses all Sentinel Security Group personnel undergo further in-house training course prior to employment.
All officers are issued with high quality uniforms of which may vary according to the specific location required, duties and client instructions. Our security officers provide high-level customer service and as such, each member of personnel is briefed, trained and supervised in the operation of the site.
Sentinel Security Group offer 24 hour, 7 day a week patrols to residential, commercial and industrial sectors. All mobile patrol officers have vast knowledge of their patrol area and the sites.In the event of a site disturbance, the control room will contact the patrol officer by two-way radio who will respond swiftly. Once onsite the security personnel will make contact with the control room to record the incident. The officer will then follow any client's instructions that may be in place to address such an incident.
As the role of Concierge primarily focuses on customer service, we strive to provide our clients with personnel who offer great assistance in a friendly and professional manner. As the Concierge is usually the first point of contact, we understand the importance of the Concierge being trained in effective communication, customer service and the understanding of their extensive duties and expectations
Our qualified and experience technicians can recommend, design and commission systems with state-of-the-art technology. After carrying out a site inspection to assess our clients needs, we source the equipment in compliance with all Australian standards and regulations and supplied to our clients.
