Product and Services
Intruder Alarms
Our surveyor will visit your home and conduct a free no obligation risk assessment and discuss the best home security system for your individual needs and any insurance requirements. Many insurance policies may stipulate the installation of an alarm being installed by a NSI /Police approved installer such as SDS and often offer a discount on the receipt of NSI compliance certification. For a monitored system to receive police response this is mandatory.
Access Control
From a simple keypad with access codes to swipe or proximity readers up to biometric readers SDS can specify a solution tailored to your requirements and budget. Internal/external doors, garage doors, entrance gates, gun cabinets, swimming pool doors, wine cellars, vaults and safes can all be fitted with access control and most readers can be discreetly positioned and even integrated into BPT and Entryphone intercom panels.
Home CCTV
One of our fully trained surveyors will survey your home to ensure you get a CCTV system that is right for you. All surveys are free of charge and as an independent installer we are free to choose the best CCTV products from the vast array of those available to us. Thus enabling us to provide a cost effective system.
Smoke Dection
SDS can provide two levels of smoke and heat detectors dependant upon the level of risk and type of protection required.
Intercoms
We have all been bothered by nuisance callers, with an intercom system you can identify legitimate visitors before opening the door, therefore avoiding confrontation and endangering you and your family.
Monitoring
Only professionally installed and maintained alarm systems can be connected to an ARC. Choosing SDS gives you access to a wide range of monitoring services which means that signals sent to the ARC from your system will be dealt with in the appropriate manner, whether it’s a fire, intruder, panic or open or close signal, you know that your alarm will not be ignored even if you are not around to hear it yourself. If necessary the emergency services will be contacted. The following monitoring services are available dependent upon the level of risk and budget.
Keyholding
We therefore work closely with the Keyholding Company to ensure that your alarm system is responded to in a timely and professional manor. Using a keyholding company not only means you are guaranteed a speedy and professional response but prevents you and your family or your neighbours having to enter a potentially dangerous situation, and removes the responsibility of being on standby in case the alarm activates.
Garage Gate Systems
This will allow you to control who is able to enter your premises especially when integrated with an access control or intercom system. To give you peace of mind and easy access to your garage, driveway or grounds SDS Security can supply, install and maintain a range of automated gates, shutters and garage doors to suit your requirements and budget.
