Built as a three storey premium multi-let office development located in the centre of Norwich. The Landlords core area was fitted out to a high standard. The office let areas were fitted out to a 'Cat A' standard and incorporated office lighting with daylight linked presence detection lighting controls.Electrical and Mechanical services were designed, installed and commissioned by Eyre.
