Back in the office all the information from the site survey will be analysed and calculations made to determine the cooling and heating requirement that will have to be met by the equipment installed.Equipment will be selected as most suitable for the job, bearing in mind the capacity needed, the site conditions and the requirement to keep the price as competitive as possible.
A proposal and quotation will then be put together, often with a sketch plan showing the intended equipment positions and pipe work routes, and sent to the customer for consideration.
Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Installation
Once a quotation has been accepted and an order placed a suitable date for the installation will be agreed. Normally installations can be commenced within 2 – 3 weeks of instruction, and often faster.Method Statements and Risk Assessments will be produced as required, prior to the commencement of the installation.
All our installation staff are direct employed and trained by Aspen. Our engineers are all efficient, friendly and courteous and will make every effort to ensure a speedy installation with the minimum of disruption to the client.

Air conditioning and heat pump equipment is extremely reliable but, as with all mechanical equipment, breakdowns can occur, however well maintained the equipment may be. When this happens it is good to know that help is readily on-hand. In the UK most air conditioning equipment installed falls into the category of split system air conditioning, probably because it is so flexible. A split system air conditioning unit consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit linked together with small bore copper tubing and control wiring. A hybrid of this type is the "multi-split", where up to 5 indoor units are connected to a single outdoor unit.
