PRINTMAN INDUSTRIES is a major manufacturer of Cutting, Creasing and Perforating Rules in India. The Cutting, Creasing and Perforating Rules are Manufactured on the STATE OF ART, fully automatic PLC and SERVO based production line of International standard to produce Rules as per IADD Standards.
We use the best hardened and tempered high carbon steel, as per European standards. Plant is equipped to produce Blades & Rules from Thickness of 1.5 Pt to 6 Pt with height Range of 18 mm to 40 mm. The installed capacity is of 70,000 meter per Month. Rules & Blades are available in coil form as well as standard cut length of 1 meter.
We are also engaged in development and manufacturing of SPMs for Printing Industry, We have complete in house CAD & CAM designing and manufacturing facilities with fully automatic & Computerized CNC machines.
We are pioneers in the conversion of Printers Offset Rubber Blankets, having full range of Aluminium & Steel Bars, automatic blanket cutting machine, Hydro pneumatic Bar fixing machines to deliver perfect barring to the blankets.
We have manufactured installed and put to regular operation Automatic PS Plant which facilitates on line cleaning, etching, anodizing, Coating, Drying and variable sheeting to operate the Aluminium Coil of 2.5 Ton weight which works continuously (non stops) till end.
