Sutherland Court provide a range of services and independent living options to fit your individual needs and Affordable Retirement Living.Sutherland Court Retirement Village was established in 1987 as a 30-room facility. Since then, we have grown into the community, with the addition of Independent Living Units, and increasing the size of the facility to 60 rooms.
Sutherland Court is a privately owned, family orientated facility. Not only are we family-owned and operated, we like to think of our residents as family too. This is why you can rest assured that you will recieve the best care possible, while being afforded respect and discretion by our staff. At Sutherland Court, carers really do care.
Sutherland Court has been around for 28 years, and in that time, we've become pretty good at knowing what Seniors want. We have used this knowledge and experience to create high-quality Retirement Living packages.As a privately operated facility, we do not require an ACAT assessment, or any other government test or asset test, for entry into Sutherland Court.

Retirement Assisted Living incorporates as-required Extra Care Services. This encourages Seniors to maintain their independence, whilst providing a safety net they can rely on with the progression of age.
Extra Care Services available are listed below. Personal Care - Assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, footwear and sensory aids (hearing aid, dentures etc). This service is tailored specifically for your needs.Medication Management - Administration of medications by qualified staff, and management of "Webster" packs with pharmacy.
Personal Laundry Valet - Personal laundry collected weekly, then washed, dried, folded and ironed (where applicable) and delivered back to your room.Wound Care - As-required ongoing treatment and dressing of wounds and abrasions by qualified staff.
