Air ConditioningIt is now taken for granted to install a heating to any work, leisure or retail environment. However, once the winter is over, heating becomes obsolete and how to stay cool becomes the question. There are a lot of ways to try and cool an area but the only answer is to air condition.
Air conditioning not only controls temperature and humidity to a set value accurately, but also efficiently and quietly. The air passing through air conditioner is also filtered by washable filters. With the system being adjusted via a remote or fixed wired controller. The basic principle of air conditioning is the removal of heat via a sealed gas, but this can also be reversed in winter to produce heat inside. Best of all, this heat is produced at a better than 3 to 1 advantage in running costs. We can even say that used correctly, air conditioning will be more cost effective than natural gas systems.
With many different types of units, from a simple split to heat recovery systems. Air conditioning can be designed around any application, from a new build or retro fitted in any type of premises.

Outdoor UnitThe size, personnel and equipment in a room will ultimately determine the sizing (kW) of the air conditioning unit. But other factors are windows that are south facing and maybe infiltrating from a lower level, this can all make a difference to sizing.
With our experience, expertise, and the help of computer aided design, sizing of the unit is made easier and the layout and construction of the building will also help on deciding the type of unit or units that are the most suitable for the application.When the decision is made to install, services will be routed through voids and trunking. All unit positions will be discussed planned and decided on, prior to installation.
Multi System
All units come with a three year warranty, when the system is periodically serviced. A maintenance contract is available on request. This fully after sales programme, gives peace of mind, as the cost of repairs can be expensive. Regardless of age or whether or not we installed the system we can offer:-

Loans and Incentives
Believe it or not, the Government is giving interest free loans on projects that save businesses on their energy costs. Of course it isn’t straight forward. But is there any Government department that doesn’t have red tape?
Domestic, Charitable and some other residential homes (conditions apply) can gain from a 5% vat rate on Installations of air conditioning. This is to encourage the cost savings of heating with air conditioning and lowering the CO2 generated.
Also businesses can claim an ECA allowance, against the most efficient A/C units. This can give a company about upto 30% on the full cost of installation. This depends on the tax payable. Please consult your accountant.We can also arrange lease/purchase and it is a good way to spread the payments over 2, 3 or 5 Years. Lease/Purchase is tax efficient and is more competitive than a bank loan.
