For this reason, we have placed an extensive array of audio-visual equipment at your disposal. Our AV team is dedicated to the success of your meeting, event or AGM; and complete satisfaction at any venue in the GTA or coast-to-coast through a cooperation with CenterStage AV.
Product and Services
We have assembled an in-house, professional AV/IT department as our goal is to provide you with a successful, trouble-free meeting or event.St. Andrew’s has eight small rooms for groups breaking out from a larger session in the main meeting room. Maximum capacities of the break-out rooms range from 8 to 14 people. These rooms should be reserved at the time of booking the main room.
Since most meetings use some form of visual presentation, we have determined the most appropriate form of display and then installed permanent equipment of optimal size and perfect position in each of our rooms.
So your guests can properly hear your presentations, we have placed unobtrusive wall speakers with maximum fidelity at strategic locations in our mid- and large rooms where podiums and microphones are often used.
Furthermore, our rooms have been extensively cabled to hide visible wires and to allow your presenters to simply walk into a room and plug in their laptop and be ready to present. Included with Plug n´Present is our innovative “Peace of Mind” technical support service which assures you that AV or IT technicians are standing by and back-up equipment is on site.
