Additional Information
Every investor understands that the greater the risk the greater the reward. But what if there were an investment vehicle that minimized the risk and still had a higher than average reward? ALPM offers such an investment vehicle through the REI FUND. There are a lot of great funds available that are set up as private lenders. Most of them return yields in the 6% to 14% range to their investors. The goal of ALPM is to return annualized yields of 12% or more while minimizing the risk by having a balanced and diversified portfolio of many real estate classes.
The REI FUND is a Regulation D Rule 506 Security filed with Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the appropriate State Regulation Departments in all 50 States. The REI FUND is managed by A List Partners Management, LLC. Both the REI FUND and the management company are a Texas limited liability company located in the Frost Bank Tower at 401 Congress, Suite 1540, Austin, Texas 78701.
The SEC requires certain eligibility standards to be met to become an investor in the fund. A potential investor must qualify as an “Accredited Investor” and has sufficient investment sophistication and ability to take financial risk to meet the standards for availability of the private offering exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Act”), and any other applicable securities law. A Rule 506 Security does allow for a limited number of non-accredited yet sophisticated investors in the REI FUND. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your qualification of an ‘Accredited’ or ‘Non-Accredited’ Investor.
