At M. Fried Store Fixtures, we stand behind our products and value our customer's satisfaction.All stock items purchased from us may be returned within thirty (30) days of the ship date.Authorized returns will receive a full product credit (minus shipping fees and a maximum restocking fee of 25%) to the method of payment used at time of order entry.
Re-stocking fees are based on the size and price of the item being returned and is at the full discretion of M. Fried Store Fixtures. Most orders returned do not result in a re-stocking fee and an order returnnever result in a restocking fee greater than 25%. All freight charges are at the full expense of the customer.
To return a stock item, obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their full expense.
All items returned must be in original cartons. No returns are accepted after 30 days of the ship date. Custom, special drop ship and slatwall orders cannot be exchanged or returned.For more information please Contact Us, during our regular Business Hours.
