When you have made a bouncy castle hire booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and courtesy call the day before the hire. We will arrive on the Date booked and in the selected time frame. On Request you will be given a copy of our Insurance and asked to read through the terms and conditions of the hire. This is really aimed at safety and ensuring your event goes to plan without any mishaps due to misuse. We will give you a full demonstration on how to safely use the bouncy castle and you’re away.
