FMC offers this service in all municipalities that do not offer OPEN ACCESS™.Once a fire alarm signal reaches the automation system at the FMC Signals Receiving Centre, the information is relayed verbally over the telephone by a FMC operator to the appropriate emergency services dispatch centre.
