Iss' Magic Mixes - Oatmeal Cafe serves a primarily vegan breakfast menu with very limited vegetarian options; all of the oatmeal mixes, pancakes and baked goods are completely vegan, diabetic friendly and incredibly delicious. The cafe also serves a variety of vegan smoothies, hot chocolates and artisan locally produced teas.

Additional Information
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until it is a fine flour. Beat egg yolks until well blended. Add coconut oil and almond milk and beat until well combined. Add to dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to stiff peaks then gently fold them into the batter (be careful not to over mix.)
Spray your waffle iron with cooking spray and then poor 1+1/3 cup of the batter into the waffle iron and cook for no less than 10 minutes. NOTE: These waffles will need a little extra cooking time. If you go by the light on your iron, they will not hold together.Top with fruit or your favorite toppings (but you can totally eat these dry - they are that good!). Serve and enjoy!
