M.Y. Flying Fish is a luxury motor yacht available for private charter from Townsville, Australia. She is equipped with everything you will need for a day of relaxation, an overnight stay on the water or a longer adventure around the islands of tropical North Queensland.
The boats permanent crew consists of skipper Vince Isbister and manager Paul Nelson. Paul keeps everything in check as the first mate and engineer ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the motor yacht. Paul came on board following his role as Head Skipper at Orpheus Island in the Great Barrier Reef. He came from a farming background and has worked in all kinds of hands on roles around Australia and overseas – there’s not much that phases him, and he’s got a true blue sense of humour that will have you smiling long after you have disembarked.
Vince joined M.Y Flying Fish as the skipper following eight years operating ferries between Townsville, Magnetic Island and Palm Island. He holds a MED 1 and Master 4 marine license. Prior to this Vince’s background was in freight and logistics. He has extensive knowledge of the area, making him perfect for the safe navigation of the vessel to magical and secluded locations within the beautiful waters of the Great Barrier Reef.
