Collection & Delivery - all our prices include pick up and drop off at times to be agreed, by our own staff in dedicated vans - we do not use couriers or third parties so we can guarantee that your clothes will be returned securely and in top condition. Normal turnaround time for regular laundry and dry cleaning (excluding leather, suede, bridal and alterations) is 2 days, but for a small extra charge we can deliver same day. Same day delivery must be booked before 10.00 a.m to be returned by 5.00 pm.

Cleaning - whether ‘wet' or ‘dry' is specified on the label, all work is carried out by ourselves on our own premises. We use the best detergents and cleaning aids, combined with modern machinery and industry standard practices to produce the best results. Everything is hand finished, so you can be sure that your clothes will come back looking their absolute best - and ready to wear.

Alterations & Repairs - minor repairs are carried out by ourselves (e.g. hems, buttons etc) and should not delay the return of your clothing. Major alterations or repairs such as shortening, hole repairs etc are sent to our tailor and usually take one week to complete.

Stain Removal - this is specialised work which can add extra time to complete the normal cleaning. If you are aware of a stain on a garment it will help us enormously if you can point this out and indicate the cause. Try as we might, we cannot guarantee to be able to remove every stain completely.

Recycling - in order to reduce our impact on the environment we will gladly take back old hangers to re-use or recycle. In an attempt to reduce the amount of polythene we produce , we also have a number of re -usable packaging options such as very smart suit carriers which we would urge you to take advantage of.Nothing beats a crisp fresh looking shirt to make you look good and feel great. But it takes a lot of work to return each shirt to it's ‘as new' appearance and feel: collars and cuffs often need extra attention, and care is needed to press all seams smoothly, and just the right amount of starch to keep them looking that way. Who wants to do all that? WE DO! Send them in - just tell us if you want them back on a hanger or folded and bagged. Of course if you don't like starch you don't have to have it - just let us know the first time (we keep a record of your preferences after that).
