Air conditioning is total control i.e. Temperature –heating/cooling/humidification by means of fresh air and extract ventilation to the office space.CCS will provide energy efficient, full temperature and humidity control inclusive of heating/cooling systems incorporating fresh air and extract ventilation. All works are in accordance with CIBSE guidelines, in house heat modelling analysis is undertaken in order to select and provide total temperature control of your office space.
Comfort cooling

CCS – we strive to design, supply, install and commission energy efficient heat recovery cooling and heating systems form the Daikin/Mitsubishi/Toshiba or Samsung range of VRV/F systems. The flexibility of these systems allows the fan coil units to be ceiling/wall or floor mounted depending on the building requirements. CCS now able to provide up to 7 years warranty on new installed equipment.
Heating

For customer comfort and in order to maintain maximum efficiency all new installed Air conditioning systems will provide reverse cycle heating. This allows Control of temperature to be very simple as once the set point is selected on the wall mounted controller the system will cool or heat in order to reach the desired set point
Plumbing or Public Health Services

CCS provide Tea Points, ZIP, Vivreau or Billi instant boiling or chilled water taps we also provide high specification Showers, Toilets, hand basins and all sanitary ware to meet your requirements. All works are guaranteed tested commissioned and chlorinated to meet BSRIA recommendations
Boiler Service & Maintenance

CCS are dedicated to providing energy efficient solutions we therefore operate a boiler replacement programme. We will replace existing old technology Gas fired boilers with new Condensing boilers and advise on service and maintenance also providing customer instruction on operation and the most efficient programme to set up for you system. We are Gas safe registered all new systems are installed with a 12 month or 3 year extended warranty we also provide a 24hr breakdown facility
Renewable Technologies

CCS future will also be in renewable technologies and reducing the carbon footprint. We are currently attending courses and proposing when appropriate systems that include Solar panels, Biomass boilers and Ground source heat pumps. We recognise our country is way behind most of Europe with this technology and CCS want to be in the forefront in the advancement of these systems.
