We offer a wide range of pallet services including:Recycled wood pallets and repair: We manufacture and re-manufacture pallets made of derivative lumber. This option is much more environmentally friendly than plastic pallets while presenting a number of benefits, namely, less expensive, lesser impact on environment and natural resources, less corrosion, mold and mildew.
At Happy Pallets, we sort used pallets to identify those that cannot be repaired and use their boards to repair other pallets. Those that cannot be used are sent to the Ontario sawdust to grind them into mulch.Custom wood pallets: We will work with you to design and engineer custom wood pallets that meet your operation and budget needs. Our consultants begin by assessing your requirements in terms of your merchandise/product handling needs, load and usage needs as well as your supply chain specifications. We manufacture or re-manufacture and deliver a custom product that is adjusted to your specific operation scenario.
Standard wood pallet pick up: with an extensive in-house lumber inventory and its own fleet of trucks, Happy Pallets is able to meet any volume requirements in terms of pallet pick up – big or small, and guarantee a fast delivery where and when you need it.We pick up and pay for standard pallets. Starting from $1.00, we give you credit for standard size, square pallets and Euro pallets.
Wood pallet delivery: Happy Pallets service extends beyond wood pallet supply or custom pallet manufacturing. We deliver pallets to you or your customers. To place an order to deliver/pick up pallets, Heat –treated pallets: Happy Pallets can meet any volume requirements for heat treated pallets. Heat-treating is the safest and most reliable way to treat a wood export pallet. Fumigating pallets is the only effective method to eliminate insect infestation in an environmentally safe fashion. Apart from being a business necessity for all export pallet activity, using heat-treated wooden pallets proves to be highly beneficial. All solid wood packaging must be heat-treated, or fumigated, before they can be imported into most countries.
